The Curriculum Development Department is dedicated to advancing the educational and training ecosystem by updating and developing academic curricula and programs to keep pace with accelerating knowledge and labor market requirements. The department is responsible for monitoring and identifying development needs, ensuring the quality of study plans, and verifying their compliance with standards required for academic accreditation. Additionally, it serves as an effective link to foster collaboration and exchange expertise with local and international educational organizations, shaping competitive and distinguished learning outcomes.

Department Responsibilities:

1.        Identifying Development Needs: Monitoring and identifying needs for curriculum development activities, and coordinating effectively with relevant entities and boards to ensure modern content.

2.       Curriculum Quality Control: Reviewing and monitoring the quality of all curricula, programs, and educational and training activities.

3.      Supporting Academic Accreditation: Continuously verifying and tracking the completion of all requirements and standards that contribute to obtaining institutional and program accreditations.

4.      Educational Partnerships and Collaboration: Building channels of communication and mutual cooperation between the College/Institute and other educational organizations, both locally and internationally.

5.       Quality Management: Actively contributing to reinforcing and applying all approved mechanisms for quality assurance and management regarding curriculum development.

6.      Evaluation and Reporting: Preparing and submitting periodic progress reports, including recommendations and developmental proposals to improve and refine performance.

7.       Monitoring Project Challenges: Tracking reports on curriculum development projects and programs, identifying observations or challenges, and escalating them to relevant authorities for decision-making.
