The Deputyship for Educational Affairs and Training serves as the backbone of the academic and training processes. It is responsible for institutionalizing the College’s/Institute’s vision and mission, aligning them with the strategic directions of the General Directorate of Education. The Deputyship directly oversees the organization and development of educational programs and activities, ensures the proper conduct of centralized examinations, and fosters a motivating environment for faculty, trainers, and technicians. Committed to the highest standards of quality and continuous improvement, it safeguards rights to ensure outstanding educational outputs that meet labor market demands.
Deputyship Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Alignment: Establishing and achieving the vision and mission of the College/Institute in full integration with the vision and mission of the General Directorate of Education.
2. Academic and Training Supervision: Directly overseeing the workflow of all educational and training programs and activities, and directing, organizing, and evaluating the performance of affiliated departments and units.
3. Examination Management: Organizing and monitoring the conduct of centralized examinations, ensuring adherence to approved regulations.
4. Academic Talent Management: Contributing to the attraction and selection of qualified faculty members, trainers, and visiting professors.
5. Compliance and Policies: Monitoring the adherence of all faculty members, trainers, and technicians to the College's/Institute’s approved policies and regulations, while actively implementing and developing them.
6. Work Environment and Institutional Support: Working to safeguard the rights of all faculty members, trainers, and technicians, while creating a motivating and supportive environment for creativity and dedication.
7. Quality and Continuous Improvement: Promoting approved quality management and assurance mechanisms, and encouraging academic and training staff to adhere to continuous improvement standards.
8. Evaluation and Reporting: Preparing and submitting periodic reports on the academic and training workflow, including proposed recommendations to improve overall performance.
