Cooperative training unit
It is a joint program between the Industrial Relations Department, represented by the Training Unit, and various employers, with the aim of achieving the highest degree of compatibility between what students study during the specialization phase and what is required in various workplaces.
Cooperative training objectives:
- Providing students with the opportunity to acquire practical skills that match the actual requirements of the labor market through cooperative training before graduation.
- Training students on job duties in the labor market by familiarizing them with the tools and mechanisms of administrative work of all kinds.
- Training students to respect work regulations and adhere to all work procedures to achieve an appropriate level of responsibility and enhance their self-confidence.
- Raising the level of students’ communication skills (oral, written, non-verbal) to enable them to deal with the work environment at a high level in an organized and realistic work environment.
- Training and enabling students to write and draft various administrative reports.
- Linking educational outcomes in colleges and institutes with labor market requirements by providing trainee students with the opportunity to obtain suitable employment in the organizations where they were trained after the completion of the training period.
- Enabling training institutions and students to communicate continuously, which supports building a positive image of colleges, institutes, and their graduates.
