Through a cooperative work with the General Administration of Education and in line with the Ministry of Education's strategy, the Royal Commission for Jubail (RCJ) strives to achieve the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030.  RCJ also seeks to meet the needs of local communities and the industrial sector. This cooperative integration aims at rectifying the educational system and providing an improved educational environment that aligns with quality-of-life requirements and contributes to raising the quality of outputs.

We are committed to building a community based on sustainable development and knowledge economy. This community will be built by providing innovative, quality education and in-depth, distinguished scientific research. By which, we aim to comprehensively enable students scientific and skillful wise. We strive to implement the best practices of quality and governance in all our activities in an attempt to both reinforce economic and social developments in Saudi Arabia and support the industrial and educational sectors’ future orientations.

Winning the UNESCO Learning Cities Award, Jubail Industrial City holds a significant position becoming the first Saudi city to receive this prize. We will always strive to provide an environment that encourages creativity and innovation, fosters aspirations of future generation, and develops students' skills. By strengthening strategic integration with our industrial partners, we offer specialized, high-quality training programs and courses that prepare and equip students with the necessary knowledge and advanced practical and technical skills. This preparation should increase their chances to join and compete in the job market.
