The requirements for establishing a student club are as follows:
- The club’s goals and activities must align with the objectives of the Colleges and Institutes of the Royal Commission in Yanbu.
- The club must have 5 founding members.
- A plan must be submitted to activate the club’s role, including the club’s objectives, vision, mission, and the number of programs it aims to organize throughout the academic year.
The student activities services are available to all female students enrolled at Yanbu Industrial College, both at the bachelor's and diploma levels.

Engaging in student activities helps you develop time management skills, improve communication skills, enhance leadership abilities, cultivate artistic and craft skills, and practice hobbies. Additionally, it strengthens soft skills and academic skills based on the programs you are interested in participating in.
It is essential to balance student activities and academic performance by creating a weekly study schedule and a plan for the programs you wish to participate in, along with the volunteer hours you aim to complete throughout the academic year.
For example, if you allocate two hours each week for student activities, you will accumulate at least 30 hours of community service by the end of each semester.
We recommend limiting yourself to joining only two clubs per semester to ensure you can effectively manage your time and balance between studying and participating in the student activities organized by each club.
Here are the student clubs available at the college:

The Cultural Club – Located in Hall 12 of the Student Activities Building. It includes the following teams: Art Team, Public Speaking Team, Readers’ Café, and Photography Team.

The Volunteering Club – Located in Hall 13 of the Student Activities Building. This club focuses on providing volunteer opportunities for community service and maintaining a sustainable university environment through various programs.

The Sports Club – Located in the Sports Club, it includes the following teams: Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball, and Mind Sports (Chess, Jakkaro, and Baloot). Additionally, there is an E-Sports Club located in Hall 20 of the Student Activities Building C.

The Scout Troops – Located in Hall 32 of the Student Activities Building.
Registration for student clubs and executive committee memberships begins during the first week of the academic semester and continues until the fifth week. You can also join student clubs throughout the academic year.
Announcements for participation or attending events are usually shared through official communication channels, including email, Telegram channel, and notices posted on bulletin boards in the buildings.
Membership certificates are provided to the executive committees of student clubs.
There is no minimum or maximum limit to the number of volunteer hours a student can earn.
The Student Employment Program aims to provide students with the opportunity to experience professional life by offering part-time job opportunities with a specified hourly wage. The program serves various departments within the Colleges and Institutes of the Royal Commission in Yanbu. Announcements about available opportunities are usually shared via email.
