Represents the primary reference in formulating educational policies and providing regulatory frameworks that contribute to the stability and development of the educational process in the cities of the Royal Commission.

2. National Center for Assessment and School Excellence - Education and Training Evaluation Commission (Tamayuz)
- Use the digital portal to conduct self-assessment (Tamayuz Digital Platform).
- Enable schools to complete school assessment procedures in accordance with the standards of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission.
- Provide orientation programs for school assessment for the General Education Department and its affiliated schools at the Royal Commission in Yanbu.

King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity
- Hosting scientific forums organized by Mawhiba.
- Training the teaching staff members of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.
- Implementing some of Mawhiba's educational programs in the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu schools.
- Providing educational and pedagogical consulting services.

It plays a vital role in enhancing performance efficiency through assessment and measurement tools, which has enabled our schools to excel nationally in the General Aptitude Test and the Achievement Test.

It plays a significant role in enabling Yanbu Industrial City to join the UNESCO Network of Learning Cities and actively participate in international initiatives related to lifelong learning.
