The School Services Department is responsible for overseeing the preparation of the school environment and ensuring its readiness by monitoring educational projects, maintenance and operation works, and providing the necessary equipment and supplies to support the educational process with efficiency and safety.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitoring the completion of all support operations and services for schools, kindergartens, and educational centers in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Supervising and coordinating to ensure compliance with school safety requirements across all educational facilities.
- Participating in the preparation and evaluation of specifications and standards for the construction of educational facilities.
- Coordinating and following up on the operation of new educational projects in collaboration with the concerned departments.
- Ensuring the provision of schools’ needs in terms of furniture, materials, and educational equipment in coordination with the relevant departments.
| Maintenance of educational buildings
A service that ensures the continued efficiency of educational buildings to provide a distinctive educational process in a good environment. Service implementation mechanism: The service is implemented through procedures and operations carried out by school service coordinators and supervisors, with follow-up by the relevant departments in the General Administration of Operations and Maintenance at the Royal Commission in Yanbu, using means of communication (electronic transaction system, resource program, email, telephone).
