Tire Technology Technician

The Tire Technology Technician program is designed to prepare trainees to work efficiently in the tire manufacturing industry and the field of rubber technology by providing them with essential scientific knowledge, technical skills, and practical competencies. The program covers the study of basic elastomer materials, tire manufacturing processes, operation and maintenance of tire equipment, laboratory experiments, and production management.
Students learn to utilize measurement tools and standard testing methods, understand the properties of polymers and rubber compounds, and develop problem-solving abilities in industrial contexts. The program also emphasizes professional values, social and ethical responsibility, and adherence to occupational health and safety standards.
Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to work as rubber laboratory technicians, elastomer equipment operators, tire assembly line technicians, and maintenance team members. They are also equipped to pursue higher education or specialize in advanced production technologies.
