The Mechanical Skills Department (MSD) educational philosophy espouses responsive education that prioritizes stakeholders’ needs through an outcome-based curriculum while recognizing its industrial context and community expectations.
Faculty members are viewed as facilitators as well as educators who utilize their expertise in creating conducive learning environments where trainees pursue their career goals within a professional framework that includes lifelong learning, technical communication skills, ethics, individual & team work, and job-readiness.
