Planning and Development Agency

The Planning and Development Agency is responsible for overseeing all planning and development processes at the Technical Institute. Its key responsibilities include:

  • Reinforcing the vision and mission of the Technical Institute in alignment with the overarching vision and mission of the General Administration of Education.

  • Direct supervision of all planning and development activities at the institute, including guiding and organizing the work of the Planning and Curriculum Development Departments and evaluating their performance.

  • Direct oversight of the implementation of the institute’s annual operational plans, as well as the training and professional development plans for faculty members, trainers, and technical staff.

  • Supervising the execution of development initiatives, quality systems, and program accreditation processes.

  • Participating in institutional accreditation processes.

  • Submitting periodic reports on operational progress and providing recommendations for performance improvement and development.

  • Ensuring compliance with and contributing to the enhancement of all approved quality assurance and management mechanisms.

  • Submitting the annual report detailing accomplishments achieved during the year, based on the approved action plan.
