Planning and Development Agency
The Planning and Development Agency is responsible for overseeing all planning and development processes at the Technical Institute. Its key responsibilities include:

Reinforcing the vision and mission of the Technical Institute in alignment with the overarching vision and mission of the General Administration of Education.

Direct supervision of all planning and development activities at the institute, including guiding and organizing the work of the Planning and Curriculum Development Departments and evaluating their performance.

Direct oversight of the implementation of the institute’s annual operational plans, as well as the training and professional development plans for faculty members, trainers, and technical staff.

Supervising the execution of development initiatives, quality systems, and program accreditation processes.

Participating in institutional accreditation processes.

Submitting periodic reports on operational progress and providing recommendations for performance improvement and development.

Ensuring compliance with and contributing to the enhancement of all approved quality assurance and management mechanisms.

Submitting the annual report detailing accomplishments achieved during the year, based on the approved action plan.
