The Planning Department is responsible for preparing and monitoring operational, financial, and developmental plans, as well as the risk register. It also manages planning databases, prepares reports, and follows up on strategic projects and initiatives. In addition, the department monitors performance indicators in coordination with relevant entities to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives, while overseeing employee development and scholarship affairs, purchase orders, and coordination with educational services to support the industrial college and its departments.
