At the Planning and Quality Agency, we work in close coordination with the departments of the General Directorate of Education at the Royal Commission in Yanbu, aiming to lead development and continuous improvement efforts. We strive diligently to achieve the highest standards of institutional excellence, with a vision to enhance performance across all areas through both foundational and advanced planning and quality practices. Our ultimate goal is to provide an educational and training experience that meets the aspirations of our stakeholders and the evolving needs of the labor market.

About the Planning and Quality Agency

The Planning and Quality Agency is the entity responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to elevate academic and administrative performance across the colleges and institutes sector. Through its two main departments — Planning and Curriculum — the Agency is dedicated to achieving institutional excellence via comprehensive strategic and operational planning and the implementation of total quality management practices. The Agency is committed to establishing an integrated and sustainable institutional system that enhances operational efficiency and secures academic and institutional accreditations in alignment with both local and international standards.
