About the development department
The Curriculum Development Department at the English Language Institute and the Preparatory Year seeks to ensure the approved quality standards in curricula, academic programs, and courses, as well as their improvement and development processes, which achieve the vision, mission, and objectives of the Institute. This is represented by contributing to the development of curricula for courses in the English Language and General Studies Departments, in line with the continuous development in the field of industry.
Development department tasks
- Preparing and defining key performance indicators, preparing personal statistics for periodic measurement, and submitting performance reports and reviews with the
- Monitoring the work and quality of all curricula, programs, and educational and training activities at the English Language Institute and the Preparatory Year.
- Verifying and following up on the completion of all activities that contribute to academic accreditation.
- Communicating and cooperating between the Institute and other educational organizations, both local and international.
- Periodically update workflow and performance.
- Review all approved new renewals.
- Follow up on reports related to major development project plans and any ideas or modifications related to profitability.
- Verify the implementation of its policies and objectives.
- Preparing and defining key performance indicators, preparing personal statistics for periodic measurement, and submitting performance reports and reviews with the direct supervisor.
- Submitting a report on future internal services results during the year based on the work plan.
- Any other tasks assigned by the specialist in his/her field of expertise.
