• Consolidating the vision and mission of the English Language Institute and the Preparatory Year in line with the vision and mission of the General Administration of Education.
  • Directly supervising the progress of all planning and development processes and activities at the English Language Institute and the Preparatory Year, directing and organizing the work of the planning and curriculum development departments, and evaluating their performance.
  • Direct supervision of the implementation of annual operational plans at the English Language Institute and the Preparatory Year, as well as plans for training and development of faculty members, training, and technicians at the English Language Institute and the Preparatory Year, implementation of development plans, the quality system, and the progress of program accreditation processes.
  • Participate in institutional accreditation processes.
  • Verify the implementation of the agency's policies, objectives, and procedures.
  • Submit periodic reports on work progress and proposed recommendations for developing and improving performance.
  • Contribute to the development, identification, and organization of key performance indicators, prepare statistics for periodic measurement, and submit performance reports and review them with the direct supervisor.
