The Learning Resources Department includes the libraries of Yanbu Industrial College across its three branches in Al-Subh and Al-Aziziyah neighborhoods—serving both male and female students—as well as the library of Yanbu Technical Institute, all affiliated with the General Directorate of Education at the Royal Commission in Yanbu. These libraries meet the needs of students, academics, and researchers by offering a variety of services and housing approximately 11,638 printed titles. Users can explore book collections and other learning resources through the library platform, as well as the digital library and the college and institute educational platform: Blackboard.
