- Apply the acquired knowledge, techniques, skills and the use of modern tools to narrowly defined information technology (IT) support activities.
- Apply knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering and technology to solve basic practical problems in the field of information technology (IT) support.
- Conduct standard tests and measurements, and to conduct, analyze and interpret experiments.
- Function effectively as a member of a technical team.
- Identify, analyze, and solve narrowly defined information technology (IT) support problems.
- Apply written, oral, and graphical communication in both technical and non-technical environments; and an ability to identify and use appropriate technical literature.
