The Planning and Development Deputyship at Jubail English Language and Preparatory Year Institute oversees the planning, development, and quality process in line with the mission, goals, and values of the General Administration of Education.
Deputyship duties and responsibilities
- Consolidating the vision and mission of Jubail English Language and Preparatory Year Institute in line with the vision and mission of the General Administration of Education.
- Directly supervise the progress of all planning and development operations and activities at Jubail English Language and the Preparatory Year Institute , and direct and organize the work of the planning and curriculum development departments and evaluate their performance.
- Direct supervision of the implementation of annual operational plans at Jubail English Language and Preparatory Year Institute, as well as plans for training and development of faculty members, training, and technicians at Jubail English Language and Preparatory Year Institute, implementation of development plans, the quality system, and the progress of program accreditation processes.
- Participation in institutional accreditation processes.
- Submitting periodic reports on work progress and proposed recommendations for developing and improving performance.
- Commitment and contribution to strengthening all approved quality management and assurance mechanisms
- Submitting the annual report on the achievements made during the year based on the work plan.
- Providing support and advice to other departments and units on planning issues and determining their alignment with strategic objectives.
- Providing a work environment that encourages creativity and development.
