The Deputyship for Educational Affairs and Training at Jubail English Language and Preparatory Year Institute is responsible for developing educational plans, supervising their progress, and monitoring their implementation with the required quality. It also provides a supportive educational environment for students, faculty, and training staff, contributing to the achievement of desired objectives in accordance with the mission, goals, and values ​​of the Institute and the General Directorate of Education in the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.

The Deputyship's Tasks and Objectives:
● Establish the vision and mission of Jubail English Language and Preparatory Year Institute in line with the vision and mission of the General Directorate of Education.
● Directly supervise the progress of all educational and training programs and activities.
● Direct and organize the work of departments and units, evaluate their performance, and organize centralized examinations.
● Contribute to the selection of faculty members and visiting professors.
● Oversee the adherence of all faculty, training, and technical staff at Jubail English Language and Preparatory Year Institute to regulations and policies, and work to implement them. Ensure that all staff at Jubail English Language and Preparatory Year Institute adhere to quality and continuous improvement systems, motivate them, and create an appropriate environment for this.

● Working to ensure the rights of all staff.
● Submitting periodic reports on work progress and proposed recommendations for developing and improving performance.
● Commitment and contribution to strengthening all approved quality management and assurance mechanisms.
● Submitting an annual report on the achievements during the year based on the work plan.
