Planning and Development Deputyship

The Planning and Development Deputyship at Jubail English Language and Preparatory Year Institute oversees the planning, development, and quality process in line with the mission, goals, and values ​​of the General Directorate of Education.

Tasks and objectives of the deputyship:

  • Consolidating the vision and mission of Jubail English Language and Preparatory Year Institute in line with the vision and mission of the General Directorate of Education.
  • Directly supervise the progress of all planning and development operations and activities at Jubail English Language and Preparatory Year Institute, and direct and organize the work of the planning and curriculum development departments and evaluate their performance.
  • Direct supervision of the implementation of the annual operational plans at Jubail English Language and Preparatory Year Institute, as well as plans for training and developing faculty members, and technicians, implementing development plans, the quality system, and the progress of program accreditation processes.
  • Participation in institutional accreditation processes.
  • Submitting periodic reports on work progress and proposed recommendations for developing and improving performance.
  • Commitment to and contribution to strengthening all approved quality management and assurance mechanisms.
  • Submitting the annual report on the achievements during the year based on the work plan.
  • Providing a work environment that encourages creativity and development.
